Regardless of the silly state law that suggests it's illegal to take a picture of your ballot, I do it anyways to have a record.
The spirit of that law, incidentally, is to prevent people from taking photos of OTHER people's ballots. And since it's also illegal to look into a voting booth, it should logically be impossible that anybody sees me take a photo.
