While I was living in New York city over the summer of 1999 and attending New York University, I met (and subsequently dated) a girl by the name of Colleen Noviello.
She had a bunch of friends in Washington, D.C. and the two of us went down there for a few days over the 4th of July weekend.
These photos are from a roll of film that I found and had developed onto a photo CD.
