This was one of those times that I came out to clean up a bunch of trash that people had illegally dumped in front of my property, only to find that someone had discarded a mutilated dog. It's obviously pretty hard to know if the dog was killed first and then mutilated or the other way around, but it was a pretty horrific scene nevertheless. ...and that doesn't even figure how bad the smell was.
