Banana and Bread Flour Egg Yolk Cookies Austin, TX
I wanted to experiment with a few different types of flour. So in addition to having baked these with all-purpose flour and almond flour, I went ahead and tried banana flour and bread flour too.
I think the almond flour is probably the best overall, but the bread flour was a close second.
