 Even Bluer Hair Weaverville, NC I thought I'd give the mix of hair dye another go. I purchased a few different Manic Panic varieties and coated most of my head in it. Unfortunately, only my lighter and bleached hairs really absorbed the dye. My natural light brown hairs didn't really accept it. I also found that colored hair dyes make a huge mess. |
