 Fixer-Upper Austin, TX This was a house I found in the east-side of Austin, right over by Oak Springs drive and Airport. I was really interested in the property since it was in such a unique location, but unfortunately the amount of work needing to go into it was just far too much. It was also impossible to get any real feel for the structural stability of the house without going through a full inspection process. I had to take pictures just so that I could see inside since the windows were boarded up. |
