 House on IH 35 Austin, TX This was a little cottage that I found in East Austin, almost literally sitting on I.H. 35. Though it had some amazing views of downtown Austin, and will probably get even better views as it gets cleaned up, I couldn't justify paying so much for such a tiny place - especially as it had no garage or backyard.
