Libertarian Party National Convention Columbus, OH
The 2014 Libertarian Party National Convention was held at the Columbus Convention center in Columbus, Ohio.
Although I've participated in several party conventions in the past, this was the first time I had ever participated at a national level convention (for any party).
To say the least, it was a amazingly fun time. Business was conducted pretty much as I had expected.
We were happy to get the national delegation to accept our Texas system of Approval Voting and went on to elect the executive board with this method.
There were not any significant plank changes (as far as I know), albeit people did try to alter the language around the abortion plank (the effort failed).
