Upon my arrival into Asheville, I was looking for a project that would let me spend a few hours outside each day working hard.
As Claire had recently purchased a few acres and wanted to clean up the forest immediately next to her cabin, I took it upon myself to start this project for her.
I cut down somewhere between 250 and 300 trees over the time I was there. As we were 3 hours ahead of where my company is located, I would usually wake up early in the morning and spend a few hours working on the forest.
I'd usually come in around lunchtime, take a shower, grab a bite to eat, and get to work for the day as per my usual.
