On my way up to New York University over the summer of 1999, I took a very long route along the southern coast of the US to visit family. I wound up making stops in Orange Beach, Alabama; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Virginia; Washington DC; Old Bridge, New Jersey; and finally into the city.
