 Neighborhood Exploration Austin, TX One of the houses near mine is being gutted and rebuilt. Apparently the contractors needed to do some work whereby they left all of the windows and doors open to the house and then took off for the night. They chained two dogs to the front of the house to serve as kind of guard dogs. Suffice it to say, the community wasn't especially happy about this. |
