This is an old church out by one of the national parks that I'd been looking into purchasing.
I've wanted to purchase an old church for some time now and this one was actually pretty cheap. After going through all of the paperwork for it, I realized that it would need a fair bit of infrastructure work done and so I'm probably not going to add it to my portfolio.
