It turns out that the last time the City of Austin had done some work on the road, which was their own causing I might add, they dropped a brick on my sewer out-pipe and caused a huge backup of plumbing at my house.
I had to call it in as an emergency and have the CoA come out and repair it so I could use my toilets.
