I'd been working on all sorts of recipes. They're usually ones that Claire finds me, but the pasta was entirely my own idea.
I looked up a few basic ideas for the ratio of ingredients to use, but otherwise just kind of winged it.
Unfortunately, and since I don't have a pasta cutter, I had to cut each individual noodle by hand. That's probably why they're a little thicker than they should be.
