 Spring Rolls with Kitty and Wade Asheville, NC Claire whipped up all of the fixings for spring rolls and we invited Kitty and Wade over to wrap them. Though I've consumed many hundreds of spring rolls in my days, I'd never actually made them before. It was kind of similar to a dumpling party, only much healthier and perhaps tastier too. Claire somehow or another whipped together a peanut sauce in her little hand blender. It was probably better than any peanut sauce I've ever been served in a restaurant before. |
