 Vail Trip 2014 Vail, CO I thought it would be fun to take Adrienne to Breckenridge and Vail for a Christmas present and so we packed up on January 8th and headed that way. We had the good fortune of using a friend of a friend's condo in Breckenridge our first two nights, and then got to stay with my dear friends Tim and Courtney in Vail. We also happened to have the most elaborate dinner I've ever had at Game Creek Lodge. The Lodge is a country club that sits atop Vail and is only accessible via a reservation, a gondola, and a snowcat. It was a pretty surreal dining experience (complete with slippers at the door). |
