 Valley of Fire Hiking Overton, NV As part of Dreux's 40th birthday weekend in Vegas (and part of Eric's 39th birthday the same weekend), Eric arranged a trip for us to go hiking out in the Valley of Fire. Although I've traveled around some of the desert areas near Vegas before, I've never actually gone inside any of the state/national parks. To say the least, it was absolutely beautiful and spectacular. The hiking wasn't terribly difficult and the red-rock views of the desert valley below is something worth exploring. |
